The Irvine Great Park Neighborhoods are a collection of exquisitely master-planned communities. You’ll find new homes, one of a kind parks and public spaces, community events, excellent neighborhood schools, and trails that interconnect all the neighborhoods to the Orange County Great Park. Parks
The heart of each neighborhood is the park. And as a Great Park resident, you’ll have access to all of them. The parks includes unique features, pools, open grassy areas, and indoor/outdoor community spaces.
Community Events
Great Park Neighborhoods offer a variety of events for residents including seasonal celebrations, gardening and crafting workshops, fitness programs, and more.
Schools
Schools within the Great Park Neighborhoods consistently earn honors and top scores, ranking among the best in the nation. There are two K-8 schools – Cadence Park and Beacon Park – and one high school – Portola High School – serving the area, each offering innovative and collaborative environments that are conducive to learning with interconnecting trails for walkable drop-offs and pickups.
Orange County Great Park
It all started with the Orange County Great Park. The Great Park Neighborhood trails all lead here so families can enjoy the amenities and events offered. There are multiple play areas, countless sports fields, farmers markets, wide open spaces, and regular community events. Additional features here include FivePoint Amphitheatre and Great Park Ice. The Orange County Great Park is still in development with additional facilities in the works.
Great Park Neighborhoods
Beacon Park: Beacon Park celebrates earth, water, and sky and is designed to reflect the themes of discovery and navigation. The treehouse lookout is a favorite spot for both adults and kids, and the park features cozy indoor and outdoor common areas, a sparkling pool, and lots of open space. Home styles in Beacon Park include condos and single family residences.
Cadence Park: Cadence park offers single family and attached homes with easy access to local schools. Collections here offer 2300 – 3500+ square feet of living space, an art walk with murals, sculptures, and unique playgrounds, an outdoor amphitheater and neighborhood pool, bocce ball, tetherball, shuffleboard, and more.
Novel Park: Garden pods and a dog park are just a few amenities you’ll find at Novel Park. Paired homes offer a variety of floor plans that are perfect for both families and empty-nesters. Floorplans at Revo and Fringe collections offer 1200 – 2500 square feet of living space and access to all of the Great Park’s best amenities.
Parasol Park: All about community here! With an outdoor kitchen, a greenhouse and planter beds, multipurpose courts, and a stargazing deck, Parasol Park offers all the best amenities for community members to gather and enjoy. Parasol Park has multiple floor plans to choose from.
Pavilion Park: This neighborhood is down to earth and perfect for people with a green thumb. Community members have access to the greenhouse and herb gardens, and there are plenty of open spaces. The neighborhood park blends in to the landscape and features natural elements for play and exploration. Pavilion Park features multiple home styles.
Rise: Inspired by nature, here you’ll find your happy place among single family and attached homes with park-front living. The neighborhood park features an Olympic sized pool, gardens, and unique play areas with an overlook party deck. There are 10 different home styles to choose from in the Rise neighborhood.
