The Beacon Park community located in the Great Park Neighborhoods is a vibrant, friendly community with many amenities and community spaces for residents to enjoy. The Beacon Park area is located near the intersection of Irvine Boulevard and Ridge Valley, with the center of the community located at Benchmark and Beacon.

The pedestrian bridge crosses over Irvine Boulevard connecting Beacon Park neighborhood to the Pavilion Park neighborhood allowing residents and visitors a safe path to travel from one side of the community to the other. The pedestrian bridge provides children easy access to the Beacon Park School, keeping kids in the community away from the busy main boulevards, and allows families to travel between neighborhoods to enjoy the community events.
Beacon Park is one of four community pool areas located in the Great Park Neighborhoods. The Beacon Park pool offers plenty of seating, a pool, and spa. In addition to the Beacon community pool, the neighborhood is just steps away from The Pools, a water park in the Great Park Neighborhoods. The 8-acre park features a junior Olympic pool, a family pool, a children’s pool, and three spas. The Pools also features an outdoor fitness area, a sand volleyball court, a children’s play area, a great lawn, and a clubhouse with an outdoor kitchen.
The Great Park Neighborhoods are part of the Irvine Unified School District. Beacon Park School, K-8 is right across from Beacon Park. The new, fresh campus offers specialized learning and innovative technology for the students who will love attending school here. Portola High School is also located within the Great Park Neighborhoods. Another school, Cadence Park K-8 is set to open in August 2018.
