Cadence Park is located in the Great Park Neighborhoods collection in the city of Irvine. Cadence Park playground and community space lies at the intersection of Benchmark and Modjeska. There are more than ten different home collections in the Cadence Park area with prices starting in the low $700,000s. In addition to the great community spaces, Cadence Park is located a short walk or bike ride away from the Orange County Great Park.

Cadence Park
The main Cadence Park community space is located at 703 Benchmark. The play area is a clean and welcoming park that will keep families coming back for more. The park has a modern feel many of the elements on the playground are made of wood and other natural products, including benches with bases made from recycled concrete and wire. There are many unique features including mirrors, musical elements, tether ball, a log scramble, and a giant Newton’s Cradle. There is a brightly colored basketball court, sand volleyball court, wooden climbers, plenty of open grassy area, and shuffle board and bocce ball courts. Also within Cadence Park, there is a small outdoor amphitheater for performances and gallery space for exhibits and classes.

The Pools
Cadence Park is one of four community pool areas in the Great Park Neighborhoods. The Cadence Park pool features plenty of seating, shade, a pool and spa. In addition to the community pool, Cadence Park is just steps away from The Pools, the newest water park in the Great Park Neighborhoods. The 8-acre park features a junior Olympic pool, a family pool, a children’s pool, and three spas. The Pools also features an outdoor fitness area, a sand volleyball court, children’s play area, a great lawn, and a clubhouse with an outdoor kitchen.
The Schools
The Great Park Neighborhoods are part of the Irvine Unified School District. Currently open within the community there is Beacon Park School, a K-8, and Portola High School. Cadence Park K-8 is set to open in August 2018, so Cadence Park residents will be just steps from the classroom.

Capella at Cadence Park by Lennar features homes beginning at $1.6 million with four to five bedrooms and some floor plans offering over 4,000 square feet of living space. There are three different floorplans available with options that include a loft, a master bedroom retreat, and outdoor living space.
Chorus at Cadence Park by Lennar offers homes that begin in the $700,000s with 2 to three bedrooms and just over 2,800 square feet of living space. There are two floor plans to choose from, one featuring a third story deck and bonus room.
Crescendo at Cadence Park by Lennar features homes beginning in the $1.8 millions with four to five bedrooms and over 4,000 square feet of living space. There are three floorplans to choose from with options that include a club room, mud room, California Room, an outdoor room, and open entry ways with spiral staircases.
Deco at Cadence Park by K. Hovnanian Homes begin in the $700,000s and offer two to four bedrooms with up to 2,300 square feet of living space. Six floorplans are available with options that include a gourmet kitchen, home office, and a third floor deck with a bonus room.
Duet at Cadence Park by Pulte Homes begin at $1 million and include three and four bedroom homes with up to 2,900 square feet of living space. Two floorplans are available with an option for a third floor deck and bonus room.
Encore at Cadence Park by Lennar features homes beginning in the $1.1 millions with four bedrooms and over 3,000 square feet of living space. Three floorplans are available with options for a covered deck, a California room, and a bonus room.
Lyric at Cadence Park by Tri Pointe Homes offers three to four bedroom homes beginning in the $800,000s. Two and three story options are available with four different floorplans to choose from with options that include a loft, a deck, and a bonus room.
Marcato at Cadence Park by Lennar offers four bedroom homes with up to 3,575 square feet of living space starting in the $1.4 millions. Three floorplans provide options such as a three bay tandem garage, outdoor rooms, and a loft.

Prado at Cadence Park by KB Homes offers three floorplans with up to four bedrooms and over 2,700 square feet of living space. One floorplan offers a roomy second floor dedicated to the kitchen and the great room, with the bedrooms and additional living space reserved for the first and third floor.
Serenade at Cadence Park by Lennar offers four to five bedroom homes with living space up to just over 3,400 square feet. The expansive two story homes come in three floorplans that feature up to four and a half bathrooms, a bonus room, extra storage space, a loft and a California Room. Serenade homes begin in the $1.4 millions.
