Pavilion Park – Great Park Neighborhoods

The Pavilion Park community located in the Great Park Neighborhoods is a quaint, friendly community with many amenities and community spaces for residents to enjoy. The Pavilion Park area is located near the intersection of Irvine Boulevard and Ridge Valley, on the north side of Irvine Boulevard. The center of the community is located at 194 Compass Drive.

Pavilion Park - Great Park NeighborhoodsThere are many existing home collections in the western-themed Pavilion Park neighborhood, with additional home collections in the neighboring Parasol Park and Cadence Park areas. Prices start in the high $600,000s, and include townhomes, detached condominiums, and single family detached homes. In addition to the great community spaces, Pavilion Park is located a short walk or bike ride away from the Orange County Great Park and neighboring communities, accessible by the paved trails throughout the neighborhoods.

Community Spaces

Pavilion Park

Pavilion Park is the heart of the community. A six-acre park offers an environmentally-focused space that blends unique play structures into the natural environment, with plenty of open space and places to connect with friends and family. Located at 194 Compass, the community park includes fun elements like a bridge, bouncing platforms, monkey bars, and slides with elements that symbolize earth and water, creating a space for nature-based play. There are bird houses, picnic tables, and sand areas. Pavilion Park also has a BBQ pit and plenty of covered picnic areas for gathering with friends and family. The Terrace offers shaded seating in a relaxing setting and is located near the greenhouse, where residents can grow an herb garden or their favorite vegetables. Gardening classes are also offered here. Pavilion Park also has a bike pump station for residents.

Pedestrian Bridge

The pedestrian bridge crosses over Irvine Boulevard connecting the Pavilion Park neighborhood to Beacon Park and the other Great Park Neighborhoods allowing residents and visitors a safe path to travel from one side of the community to the other. The pedestrian bridge provides children easy access to the Beacon Park School, keeping kids in the community away from the busy main boulevards, and allows families to travel between neighborhoods to enjoy the pools, playgrounds, and many events the community has to offer.

The Pools

Pavilion Park is one of four community pool areas located in the Great Park Neighborhoods. The Pavilion Park pool offers plenty of seating, a large pool, and spa. In addition to the Pavilion Park community pool, the neighborhood is steps away from The Pools, the newest water park in the Great Park Neighborhoods. The Pools is and 8-acre park featuring a junior Olympic pool, a family pool, a children’s pool, and three spas. The Pools also features an outdoor fitness area, a sand volleyball court, a children’s play area, a great lawn, and a clubhouse with an outdoor kitchen.

The Schools

The Great Park Neighborhoods are part of the Irvine Unified School District. Beacon Park School, K-8 is right across from Beacon Park, which is accessible by crossing the pedestrian bridge. The fresh, modern campus offers specialized learning and innovative technology for the students who will love attending school here. Portola High School is also nearby, located within the Great Park Neighborhoods. Cadence Park School, another K-8, is set to open in August 2018.

The Pavilion Park Neighborhood Collections have sold and available home sales are currently offered through traditional real estate outlets. New home collections within the Great Park Neighborhoods are now available at Cadence Park and Parasol Park, with model homes available to explore all the options and amenities the Great Park homes have to offer.
