🏄 Surfing at Trestles Beach in San Clemente

  • What: LA28 Olympic Surfing competition
  • Where: Trestles Beach | 3929 S El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA 92672 (General area. Trestles is located between San Onofre State Beach and San Clemente)

Tickets for LA28 Olympics

While they aren’t on sale yet, the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games will offer official tickets and hospitality experiences for fans around the world. Here’s what we know so far about how to secure your spot and what prices to expect.

  • Ticket Registration Opens January 14, 2026: This is when you can register to be part of the ticket purchase process. Note that registration does not guarantee that you will be selected to purchase tickets. You will be notified if you are selected.
  • Olympic Games Tickets on Sale: Throughout 2026, after registration begins.
  • Paralympic Games Tickets: Tickets for the Paralympics will go on sale after the Olympics and will be available in 2027

LA28 has announced early pricing details:

General Admission Start Price: Tickets for the Olympic Games will start at $28, reflecting the year of the Games, and designed to be accessible to fans. Prices increase from there, and there will be a range of ticket prices will be available, so you can choose sessions and sports that fit your budget.

How Ticket Purchasing Works

LA28 is using a registration and ticket draw system to help manage high demand fairly. This system is intended to give all fans a fair chance to purchase tickets without overwhelming online sales platforms.

  1. Register for tickets on la28.org when the registration period opens.
  2. Receive Notification if you’re selected and get a purchase time slot.
  3. Buy Tickets during the designated drop window.

Group & Local Tickets

LA28 will also offer:

  • Group ticket options for large parties and schools.
  • Early local access to ticket registration for residents near venues. This means Southern California residents may get first opportunities to buy before general sales.

Hospitality Packages

LA28 will offer Hospitality Packages with premium experiences through the official provider On Location:

  • What’s Included: Tickets plus premium seating, private lounges, dining, curated services, and often travel benefits.
  • When Available: Packages will go on sale in early 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis.

LA28 Olympic Games in Southern California

Competitions and events for LA28 Olympics will be spread across venues and destinations in Los Angeles, Long Beach, Anaheim, Pomona and Southern California beaches. The 2028 Olympic Games will use over 40 competition venues without building new permanent sites, to support the mission of sustainability.
