Which golf courses in Orange County are open to the public?

More than 30. City-run choices include Anaheim Hills, Dad Miller, Birch Hills, River View, Oso Creek, and San Clemente Municipal, and there are many daily-fee and resort courses such as Pelican Hill, Monarch Beach, Strawberry Farms, and Tijeras Creek. The Public Golf Courses section above lists them all by region.

Which Orange County golf courses are good for beginners?

Shorter courses are the easiest place to start. Good options include David L. Baker (par 62), Birch Hills (par 59), Newport Beach Golf Course, the 9-hole executive course at Lake Forest Golf & Practice Center, Oso Creek, Brea Creek (9 holes), and the par-3 Back Bay course at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach.

Is there a Topgolf in Orange County?

There’s no full Topgolf venue in Orange County. The closest option is the Topgolf Swing Suite at The Anaheim Hotel, which has indoor simulator bays. If you want ball-tracking tech on an outdoor range, Anaheim Hills Golf Course has Toptracer.

Are Oak Creek and Willowick closing?

Both courses are open. At Oak Creek in Irvine, a redevelopment proposal is under city review. At Willowick in Santa Ana, the future of the land has been debated for years, but no final plan has been approved.

Can civilians play the Navy Golf Course in Seal Beach?
