The OC Greek Food & Wine Festival celebrates the best of Greek food, music, dancing and culture. Experience authentic Greek foods such as gyros, souvlaki, moussaka, tiropita, and spanakopita and sweet Grecian desserts – Baklava, Galactobouriko, and Karidopita. Enjoy traditional Greek dancing and Greek music and stroll through the plaka (outdoor marketplace) while the children play in the “Kidz Zone” with games and other children’s activities. You can also take a tour of the oldest Byzantine Church in Orange County.
Irvine Greek Fest

The Irvine Greek Fest is an annual cultural event celebrating Greek heritage, food, music, and traditions. Delight in the beauty of the elaborate costumes worn by performers as they share their carefully practiced steps and intricate dances with the enthusiastic audience. Listen to the distinctive sounds of the bouzouki and other exotic instruments played by the Takis Koktas Band, authentic Greek musicians who perform traditional and popular songs. Enjoy freshly made traditional Greek dinners, appetizers (meze) and homemade pastries. The Kids and Games area is full of family-friendly activities including bouncers, a giant obstacle course, a 9-hole miniature golf course and carnival games with prizes. San Juan Capistrano Greek Festival

Come find your “kefi” at San Juan Capistrano’s Annual Greek Festival hosted by Saint Basil Greek Orthodox Church. The weekend event evokes the sights, sounds and tastes of Greece with the hospitality (philoxenia) of San Juan Capistrano’s Greek community. The Greek fest features lots of traditional Greek dishes including flavorful lamb chops and souvlakia, gyro sandwiches, and Greek village salads. Visitors can enjoy Greek wine tasting and beers in the sports bar taverna while listening to live Greek music. For your sweet tooth, there are yiayia’s Greek pastries to compliment your Greek coffee or refreshing iced coffee frappe. Guests can also watch a Greek folk dance performance by the costumed troupe and learn to dance like Zorba. There is plenty of shopping at the Greek bazaar and activities for kids.
