The age groups range anywhere from 7-22 years old. Levels include travel and youth baseball (Little League, Pony, USSSA, etc.), high school and college.

- 2003 – 2007: Was signed by the Florida Marlins AAA as a minor league pitching coach
- 2014 – 2017: Pitching Coach for Golden West Rustlers
- 2014- Present: High School coach and youth pitching, hitting, fielding instructor

- Pitched 2 years at Golden West Junior College
- Received a full scholarship to Cal State Fullerton and pitched for two years
- Signed in 1987 to the California Angels minor leagues
- 1988 was selected to the Midwest League All Stars and promoted to Midland Texas AA
- 1989-1992 pitched for the Edmonton Trappers AAA
- Signed in 1993 by the St. Louis Cardinals AAA Louisville, Ky
- 1994 selected to the AAA All Stars then promoted to the St. Louis Cardinals MLB team
- 1994 Major League debut was on July 23, 1994, fresh off recording the save in the AAA All-Star game as a Louisville Redbird.
- 1994 2.25 earned-run average with the St. Louis Cardinals
- 1995 Won the American Association AAA Championship
- 1995 Pitched AAA for the Toledo Mudhens
