The historic Dory Fishing Fleet began in 1891 and is a registered historical landmark. It is the last coop of its kind in the US. Daily catch is here Wednesday through Sunday until they are sold out. They open at 6:30 AM Wednesday through Friday, and 5:30 AM Saturday and Sunday. Selection will vary based on catch of the day. Wednesday through Friday is fish only, Saturday is crab and seafood.

Family-owned Pearson’s Port Seafood Market is “Newport’s hidden gem” where those in the know, can find fresh, locally caught shrimp, lobster, crab, shellfish and fish.
