Anaheim

The City of Anaheim's annual Veterans Day Tribute honors the men and women who have served our country. The event takes place near the Veteran's Monument in the Anaheim Packing District area near Muzeo. The 2026 keynote speaker is Ret. Army Lt. Col. Barbara Gerovac, according to the OC Register.

Flags of Honor

Anaheim Hills Rotary hosts their traditional Flags Of Honor. In 2026, more than 200 flags stand at Eucalyptus Park from November 9 through November 12, with a luminaria ceremony in the field. A Flags of Honor remembrance ceremony is Wednesday, November 11 at 5 p.m., according to the OC Register.

Brea

The Veterans Day Celebration at Heroes Hall at the OC Fair & Event center opens with an aircraft flyover. The 2026 celebration introduces the new exhibit "Courageous Companions: Animals in American Wars," with live music, family activities, an inflatable obstacle course and local veteran organizations. The Orange County Employees Association provides free hot dogs and chips, and other food is available to buy.

The program includes the Presentation of Colors, the Orange High School Concert Choir and MCJROTC, recognition of veterans by branch, a POW/MIA Missing Man Tribute, historical military displays, complimentary portraits for veterans and their families, and a Warriors Speak presentation from Wounded Warrior Project.
