Storage Tips

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 3 to 5 days. Wrap leftovers tightly and store in freezer up to 3 months. If unopened and freezing is required, place in freezer as soon as possible prior to the “Use By” date. Ham may be kept frozen up to 6 months. To thaw, place in refrigerator 24 to 36 hours before serving.

Spiral Ham Serving Suggestions

Platter Serving: To serve from platter, set ham on its side, then gently fan slices out from the bone. For a dinner presentation, full slices are recommended.

Serving Stand: When placed in a serving stand, the ham can be a centerpiece for your table setting. Place ham cut side up into stand.

Buffet Serving: For a buffet setting, smaller slices are preferred. While ham is intact, slice the ham completely around the bone. Keep the knife as close to the bone as possible. After cutting around the bone, slices will easily pull away from the ham. Separate individual slices into smaller sections by separating at the natural seams.
