Picking Up & Dropping Off Passengers
Passenger drop-off is on the Departure (upper) Level and passenger pickup is on the Arrival (lower) Level. Drivers waiting for an arriving passenger can use the free cell phone waiting area south of Parking Structure C near MacArthur Boulevard and Campus Drive. Waiting is not permitted at the terminal curbs, so remain in the cell phone lot until your passenger is ready for pickup.

Uber, Lyft and Wingz can drop passengers curbside on the Departure (upper) Level. Rideshare pickups take place in designated areas on the top levels of Parking Structures A2 and B2 and in the Terminal C parking structure on the upper level next to the ticketing area.
